As a family orthodontic practice serving Nashville since 1983, we believe community involvement is an important part of creating legendary smiles beyond the walls of our office.

If your school, organization, fundraiser, auction, event, or nonprofit initiative is seeking a sponsorship, donation, or auction item from Gluck Orthodontics, please complete the request form below. Our team reviews each request carefully and considers opportunities based on community impact, patient and family connection, event timing, sponsorship visibility, and availability within our giving budget.

How Sponsorship Requests Are Reviewed

Because we receive many requests throughout the year, we ask that all sponsorship and donation inquiries be submitted through this form. This helps our team gather the details we need, including your contact information, organization name, event details, sponsorship needs, visibility opportunities for Gluck Orthodontics, and any flyers or supporting materials.

While we would love to support every request, submissions are reviewed based on fit, timing, and available resources. Priority may be given to current or former Gluck Orthodontics patient families, local Nashville schools, youth programs, educators, nonprofits, and community events that align with our mission of building confidence, connection, and healthy smiles.
