Smiles, Give a Stranger One of Yours
Smiles
All smiles are usually started by another smile. If you do not smile at the people who are in your life even for a moment, then you are doing yourself a disservice. How can you expect people to give you their best when you are not giving of yourself? Be the change in the world that you want to see – this is not just a quote from Gandhi, but an overarching philosophy that has permeated the undertones of virtually every great thinker that we hold up in esteem.
Be Prepared
In order to give a smile, you need to have the tools available to yourself that can generate one on your own face. First of all, make sure that you have a healthy lifestyle so that your body feels physically comfortable. More raw fruits and vegetables will definitely add to your overall health, plus you will give your teeth a work out, something that will definitely lead to a healthier smile.
