Kiwi Attributes
Mother’s should love the fact that a kiwi fruit has its own protective covering. It is easy to place in a child’s lunch pail with other fruits and vegetables. Its small size and softness are ideal for children who want a tasty little snack. Orthodontists love the benefits of kiwi due to vitamin C, beta-carotene and antioxidants. These nutrients are essential for creating a strong immune system. Here are some of the benefits of kiwi nutrients:
- Fight Bacteria
- Protect DNA
- Assist Respiratory System
Vitamin C coats your child’s gums to prevent bacteria from harming their mouth. Vitamin C also works with calcium to strengthen your bones. Due to all of these benefits, kiwis are great teeth-friendly fruits.
